EXCHANGE POLICY
During opening make an opening video. You can exchange your saree within 2 days from the time you received provided the saree is in good condition as it was revived neatly packed in its original cover. You have to mail us at koonjitha@gmail.com. Once we approve. Exchange \Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like WhatsApp, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
We do not have pick up facility so the pickup will have to be arranged from your end with your own expenses.
RETURN POLICY
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
Also, please email us at koonjitha@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.
It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product.
