The idea of Koonjitha started from a daughter’s quiet admiration for her mother — watching her drape sarees with such love and pride. Over the years, this admiration turned into a deep love for the beauty, tradition, and emotion behind each weave.

We aim to bring you quality sarees — the kind you, your mother would lovingly collect. Sarees that feel special, comfortable, and timeless.

At Koonjitha, we also believe in giving back. Every thank-you card you receive with your order is handmade by special children not from a privileged background who are trained so that they can be independent. The money from these cards goes directly into their personal accounts. When they turn 21, they can use that amount to start something of their own. It’s our small way of supporting their dreams.
